Shipping Policy:

We offer standard shipping via USPS with delivery typically taking 3-5 business days within the United States. Please allow up to 3 days for order processing and payment authorization. For preorders, additional time may be required to fulfill your order. Kimystry is not responsible for lost or stolen items during transit. In the event of such issues, a claim must be filed directly with USPS.

Return Policy:

Kimystry accepts returns for store credit only, within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be postmarked and returned within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Items must not be worn, washed, altered, or have any odors including makeup, perfumes, or any other substances. If an item does not meet these criteria, it will be returned to the customer at their expense. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning unacceptable items. Once shipping fees are paid, items will be returned within 7-10 business days.
